·Enterprise Bankruptcy and Liquidation Department
　　a. As the administrator of the bankrupt enterprises by the People's Court’s designation performs include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
　　① Takeover the property of the debtor, seals and books, instruments, etc.;
　　② survey the debtor's property status;
　　③ Control the debtor's internal management;
　　④ Management and disposition of the debtor's property;
　　b. Commissioned by the creditor, appellate to people’s court about the debtor's reorganization and bankruptcy liquidation, and acting creditors’ agent to participate in creditors’ meeting;
　　c. Commissioned by the debtor, appellate to people’s court about the debtor's reorganization and bankruptcy liquidation, and acting debtors’ agent to participate in creditors’ meeting;
　　d. Other general business about liquidation of the enterprise.
