·International Investment and Trade Department
　　a. Provides foreign-invested enterprises legal services from project planning and making legal texts to setting up the company, and help them to sell or acquaint foreign equity and assets.
　　b. Provides domestic enterprises legal services on overseas investment, overseas stake acquisition, sale or acquaint of assets.
　　c. Provides domestic enterprises legal services on overseas application of the protection of patents, registration and protection of international trademarks and international technology transfer and license.
　　d. Provides legal services on international trade and transportation, insurance and settlement.
　　e. Provides legal services on international anti-dumping cases.
