　　b. Provides real estate development enterprise entire process of legal services on the establishment of project-company, early development of the land, construction, rental property, etc.
　　c. Provides units or individuals legal services on real estate purchasing and other transactions.
　　d. Provides property management companies and owners legal services on property management and services.
　　e. Provides construction enterprises legal services on project bit and construction (subcontractors, equipment leasing) contracts signed, and help them to prevent risk on performance or claims management and project management.
　　f. Acting relevant professional construction, and real estate litigation cases.
